I’ll see your ELP and Yes and add some Steely Dan.

Overall I’m not liking his list that much. But hey....to each his own.

As someone who loves classical music, I would really freak people out if I listed my 100 favorite classical albums ... LOL!

I’ve heard “Forever Changes.” I know the critics love it. But I’m not a fan. Thanks for pointing it out, though.

I’m 41. I grew up on early 80s music, and than later discovered the stuff from the 60s and 70s, as well as a very small number of more recent things that I liked.

Try to hum just ONE Pink Floyd song. Just try.

Get in the shower, pick 20 of their songs you have heard on the radio. Just hum ONE of them.

I double dare you.

If you're limiting me to songs I've heard on the radio, then "Wish You Were Here" immediately comes to mind.

There are others, but I have never heard them on the radio.

Oh yeah! I (it’s my list) added the River pretty recently, and forgot that I had put it there!

Do they still make albums?

When was the first album made?

All time might be a little finite than one would think.

Do you have these albums?

On Vinyl?

Yes?

Jethro Tull?

Doors?

Emerson Lake & Palmer?

James Tayor?

Earth Wind & Fire?

etc...

Then I’d go long on...

Mahavishnu Orchestra

Gentle Giant

King Crimson

etc...

You’re brave. But you do realize, that they are YOUR favorite albums, in YOUR order, and not anybody else’s, nor should they be anybody else’s favorite albums?
