All I know is the old Marlin 60 shoots everything except aguilla subsonic 22 and thats just because the projectile is to long and soft, so it hangs up on the feed ramp.
CB caps generally don’t have enough kick to make the auto system kick out the empty. You might try a box to see how your rifle does with these.
