Democrats apparently are seeking to avoid the possible embarrassment of Barack Obama accepting the party’s nomination in a partially empty stadium by moving his speech to a smaller indoor arena and citing inclement weather.
Obama’s speech is set for Thursday at the 74,000-seat Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. But officials have been working hard to fill it, the London Daily Mail reports.

My question is this, How do the Democrats explain the move if Thursday is forecast as a “picture perfect day and evening”?

FROM THE WEATHER CHANNEL:

DAY

high 86

chance of rain 40%

humidity 82%

winds SW 8 mph

NIGHT

low 69

chance of rain 30%

humidity 96%

winds SSW 6 mph

I would say, it's about average weather for Charlotte this time of the year.
