There is one caveat here. If Obama is declared uneligible to be POTUS, she wins.

I'm afraid you're right. The only reason I can think of for her not to run would be that she realizes it was the tech boom, and not her husband's miraculous policies, that created all of those jobs on his watch. In that case, she may wait until the economy looks like it's turning around before running.
But I agree. She has great appeal among women and the left, and Obama would win with her on the ticket if we're not prepared.
