A good movie but it was very sad how Barack was raised. His Mother and Father was nuts and then his Grandparents had him befriend an older guy who turned out to be some radical. Then his Mother forced him to go to Indonesia. He only met his father one time. They had his step brother from his father and asked him why Barack is not supporting him....like Obama has to support every step brother that his father sirred. They should have concentrated on his policies and what 2016 was going to look like if he is reelected. That would have been a better movie. This was a “poor Barack” type of movie.

This movie is playing at less than one third the number of venues as today's top three pictures but is grossing enough dollars to come in 4th in the U.S. market. The theaters where it plays are apparently packed.

He makes one comment that is very telling - the total difference between him and his half-brother who is the President of the United States. See if you can spot it, and come back and tell me what you think.

I won't give it away, but the whole tone of the George Obama interview was the most revealing part of the movie for me. At the very least it should put to rest speculations about Obama's parentage. Barack and George are cut from the same cloth. Tall, lanky, intelligent, mostly soft-spoken. But despite his personal poverty and the corrupted squalor that is Kenya, George does not blame the rich or the whites or the West for his problems, quite the opposite. Very, very refreshing. And you can clearly see why BHO doesn't want to help his brother. In that category, only true believers need apply.

The movie was exceptional. Basically a video version of Desouza's books, but very, very well produced. The theater was packed and the comments I heard walking out among the mostly 50+ crowd was that it was a very scary movie. My 19 year old son, said, "Dad, I really don't like scary movies."

And contrary to the Napster, this was not a "poor Barrack" kind of movie. By making the comparison in origins between Obama and Desouza, and the ultimate contrast between their mindsets today, the viewer is allowed to draw his or her own conclusions about the roots of Obama's rage. Perhaps they could have spent more time in the technical, ideological policy weeds, making it appeal only to wonks. But in the end, this approach made it a real story about real people with an emotional connection that will resonate with people long after they walk out of the theater.

Regrettably, it may have only been preaching to the choir. As the people who need to see it probably won't.

Ann Dunham as quoted in the Anarchy Alley link says that she had met Obama, sr., in Hawaii and married him. A following portion caused me to doubt whether they actually did marry, inasmuch as he already had a wife in Kenya.

Even more significant, she did not then go on to state that they had a son born in Hawaii; only that she later shipped the boy from Kenya to Hawaii to the custody of her parents and, of course, Frank Davis.

I saw the movie this evening. My main criticism is that D’souza accepts at face value Obama’s background as set forth in the fictionalized biographical account, Dreams From My Father. How can anyone accept that book as the real Obama story given that Jack Cashill has established it was choreographed and written by Bill Ayers and we know Obama is a pathological lier.

Thank you for your first-hand reports. Do you think that liberals/progressives/commies — or undecided voters, young voters, or Blue Dog Dems, for that matter — will pay to see this movie? Would they regard it as a conservative might regard a Michael Moore film?

My suspicion is that far too few people who need to see the film will do so. I am thinking I might need to blanket suspected Obama sympathizers in my circle with the 2016 DVD when it becomes available (reportedly before the November election)....

I wonder why it is that when I see a notification that I have mail it mostly consists of my own posted comments, not responses thereto.

Underneath the phony exterior
the fake smile
Lies the anti-colonialist; anti-exceptionalism; anti-American
an angry black man
Masquerading as a healer
he rather perversely divides while
perpetrating a massive fraud on America.

Time to ‘Change It Back’ America. Let’s Roll!
