And not just any kind but hollow point bullets, designed to cause as much damage to internal organs as possible. If this was for the military I would have no qualms, but the Social Security Administration?

Why would you have no qualms?

Isn't the use of hollow point bullets by the military banned by the Hague Convention? Or is that only when used in international warfare?
