The Tea "Party" does not win every election, because (1) it's not an organization....it has no membership list nor organized campaign apparatus, and (2) occasionally it throws up a candidate or two that just aren't very good.

Nevertheless, there are so many more successes than failures as to leave me not at all worried.

There are plenty of tea partiers elected in 2010 who kept their seats in the primary this year.
