Simple:

Pnuemonia, chew peeled garlic three to four times per day. (way more effective than any antibiotic, and doesn’t destroy your immune system)

Aren't you forgetting the supplemental O2? Are you considering bacterial, viral, fungal, or chemical pneumonia? What about bronchodilators or steroidal anti-inflammatories?

Heart attack and strokes, take tincture of capsaicin in a little water, under the tongue. (this works equally well for those that are unconsious) In most cases they will have no lingering effects from the attack. For strokes, retreatment hourly for several hours is beneficial.

Is that the treatment for atrial fibrillation, PEA, arterial blockage, ventricular fibrillation, DVT, CVA, CHF, CAD, or heart valve abnormalities? Why not use ASA? It's cheap and effective.

Cayenne (capsaicin) is also excellent at stopping bleeding.

I'd rather use merthiolate or battery acid. Regular flour is also good at stopping bleeding.

I think that if they are solar flares that cause the EMP, then they will cover the entire planet. Another thing that complicates the scenarios are the global implications of industry. To replace that electric transformer in Kansas, you need all the parts which may come from around the country or world. You need communication, capital, management, workers and resources including electric to get the replacements manufactured, shipped and installed. Keep in mind that a transformer that hangs on a electric pole is very simple and some replacements could be in stock, however, most will not have enough for the entire country or large sections of the country. Now lets go to the multi-billion dollar switching and routing stations and sites that are 100% micro-chip based and consist of thousands of components that will need to be replaced. Oh, by the way, most of the workers required to perform these tasks will be more worried about their families and such rather than going into work. Think about all the Italians in the centuries following the fall of Rome that walked on their roads, used their aqueducts, etc. but could not replicate them until hundreds of years later. Financial and the other catastrophic events would eventually have the same results but at a slower pace.

A bit off? How so? I think the fit perfectly. God’ often warns his people of direr times coming, but then he expects us to prepare for them. God didn’t build the ark, he told Noah to. God didn’t send food to feed the people during the famine he told Joseph to store food. You have to do your part. I believe and pray that God will watch over me and my family should bad times befall us, but I don’t expect him to provide that which is in my power and my duty to provide.

Nuclear sub ordered into Hawaii port to provide temporary power This was only 30% of the power for an island of 39,000 residents, and the power lines were still up, but it's still significant. With perhaps 25 US Navy submarines submerged at the time of a global EMP, that's 25 pockets with electrical power and technical expertise available to begin rebuilding. That would provide a tremendous boost to the speed of reconstructing a technological culture.

I could personally make incandescent light bulbs without referring to any books, given the (plentiful) raw materials available and a small number of attempts. I could, using books in my home, make vacuum tubes. There are others with a great deal more expertise who could make transistors and other components, or reasonably sophisticated steel or aluminum alloys, or copper wire. We could rebuild the America of my youth (pre-Internet, pre-microchip) easily, even after a global EMP, perhaps even more. It would not be pleasant, and we might lose millions or tens of millions of Americans due to looting, hunger, loss of medical care and infrastructure, or other issues, but rebuilding is more practical than you think. I suspect preppers would take a leading role in that rebuilding, after the feral looters had disappeared.

I have an old thick book from the late 1800’s that have recipes for all imaginable illness's for man and beast, the only problem is now a days you probably couldn't find the ingredients....In those days narcotics could be bought over the counter from the pharmacy in town...no hospitals and not too many doctors, farmers and herds men took such thinks with them back home....The book was used so much by my fathers family (he was born in 1901) I have to keep it together with heavy rubber bands....but I'll be there are things in there that could still be found...all medicine at that time were plant based, not synthetic medications....Foxglove a flower I love is what heart medications came from...even animals don't eat them, unless you know what to use and how to use it, its deadly poison...Now a days digoxin and lanoxin are used, based on the foxglove....you just need a modern book on herbal medications....

I’m not forgetting anything.

The chewing of garlic produces alicin, which directly enters the blood via the many blood vessels in the mouth. Alicin has hundreds of effects on the body, much like capsaicin, and through the same pathways.

The strong sensations you feel in your mouth are also sending strong signals to organs and glands to secrete enzymes and hormones that assist in the task.

You don’t have to wait for assurance that you’ve done the right thing with either herb, Garlic, or Cayenne, as the desired result is close to instantaneous. With either of them, the increase in O2 absorption becomes evident as the skin becomes pinker, and warmer in seconds.

This doesn’t mean that they use the same mechanisms, and they apparently do not. Both herbs have been studied by pharma, with the intent to produce a patentable variant with the same effect, but no dice, so back in the drawer they go.

We don’t need pharma for anything, since the natural substances are so vastly superior in effect, and have no negative side effects beyond halitosis, which is curable with ordinary baking soda. Why would anyone want bronchodilators or steroidal anti-inflammatories when natural substances are so much more effective and safe, to boot (something that cannot be claimed for any drug)?

You seem to want to use the less effective, and clearly dangerous drugs instead of the real thing.

That is due to vasodilation, not O2 absorption.

Ask any asthmatic where they can get immediately acting bronchdilators. Not from garlic, cayenne, or capsaicin. Ask a cardiac patient where they are going to get natural anti-arrhythmics.

Personally, I am glad that you are not my physician. I've seen witch doctors before, and you are right up there with the best of them.

Oh shallow one, ask any asthmatic that has discovered Lobelia and you will see why we definitely do not need med mafia doctors, nor big pharma.

Your med mafia doctor’s investment advisor is so glad that you eschew knowledge.
