This must be tossed out on First Amendment (free speech, free practice of religion) grounds. If not, it’s time to go to war with the fags and their enablers.

If not, its time to go to war with the fags and their enablers. I agree! Fortunately for us, if we assume a high and defendable position, we can pick them off two at a time, as they will likely be "cuddling" in their bungfoxholes.

Yes, unless they can provide demonstrable examples of discrimination. Of which none have emerged to date. Getting your feelings hurt because the CEO expressed a personal belief you don't like doesn't count.
This is a nuisance/harassment action designed to force CFA to spend money to defend itself and to intimidate other businesses. CFA will win, but I have no doubt that, given the monied interests on the other side, this will be persecuted all the way up to SCOTUS.
Our response needs to be to continue patronizing CFA. I used to eat there occasionally, but as of right now its become my defacto choice for fast-food dining. The other alternatives don't need my $$$, CFA does.
Who else is with me on this?
