What about Michelle? She slapped Queen Elizabeth on the back, didn’t wear hosiery and wore a sundress and open toed shoes when she met with the Queen.
Obviously she didn’t get invited to The wedding.
People are always given instructions in protocol and etiquette before meeting the Queen. Michelle KNEW what she did was inappropriate, but she did it anyway, just to show that she could.
