Will You Give Up America’s Gun Rights to United Nations Arms Treaty
Examiner ^ | July 26, 2012 | Kevin Fobbs

Tick, tock, on the clock, Tick Tock, on America’s freedom clock winds down and your time to protect your family and your Second Amendment Constitutional Right to bear arms, may be running out.

If the United Nations new Arms Treaty goes into effect, Americans all over the nation may soon after adoption of the treaty, be subjected to United Nations jackboot thug enforcers coming into your community and even into your home to strip away by force your guns, your rifles, and most importantly, your family’s constitutional protection!

Where is the alarm and constitutional defense from the Obama administration? Is this acceptance by silence just one more indication that giving up on our nation’s sovereignty is par for the course for the White House’s abandonment of our constitutional rights?

More importantly can Americans truly trust a president who has abandoned Arizona’s sovereign constitutional rights to protect its citizens and its borders from illegal aliens, really protect American’s gun owning citizens?

How is this happening under American’s radar?

Not that difficult to understand. While summer vacations and recreational opportunities are being pursued across the nation, the United Nations is working feverously to construct an Arms Treaty that would in effect disarm America’s Second Amendment rights through possible future amendments. What a rude awakening for the nation this would be in the near future to have the citizens’ gun rights served up on a Christmas platter.

This draft document is nearing completion and it is being largely influenced by such rogue nations as Iran, and Syria; not allies or supporters of America’s interests. America’s second amendment rights can be effectively nullified even...

your Second Amendment Constitutional Right to bear arms, may be running out.

Then “They will have made their decision, now let’em enforce it!” Andrew Jackson

Andrew was born and raised in Appalachian Mountains, along the Blue Ridge to the Scots-Irish community in the Waxhaws region, straddling the border between North and South Carolina.
There are 10’s of 1000’s of the same caliber of men here now. Living and ready for just such a battle if need be.

A week’s head start is all they get now y’all hear, then it’s our turn until they are no more. No more.
I’ve been told..that we will take no prisoners.
Heck the South has been getting ready since the last big invasion.
Pass the word..I guess.

Note to self: Hit the gun show this weekend for a couple more hi-cap mags. While I can still get them.

Treaties cannot amend or modify the Constitution. I’m tired of posting links to Reid v. Covert (1957), which case has many other cites as precedent. Go look it up.

Some of us “local” cops are prepared to resist it with violence, even against our own, if they fail to remember their oaths.

A treaty cannot be used to circumvent the Bill of Rights.

Where did you learn that little bit of baloney? Even a casual observer of These United States could tell you otherwise based on the last three years.

Don't confuse written words and actual actions taken.

Just buy as many as you like. Don’t worry about the 4473’s, hell, fill out two on every gun if they’d like. Remember, when it’s time to bury ‘em, it’ll be time to dig ‘em up! Draw ‘em out in the open! Remember Chesty Puller, “We won’t have any problem finding the enemy, men, The poor bastards have us surrounded”..

Back in October, 1835, there was another tyrant trying to do the same thing (they never learn). The response is the same as the Texans of yesteryear said to Santa Anna: “COME AND TAKE IT”

different time. americans had the balls then to stand up to tyrants. not now. to busy playing video games and watching “american idol” to recognize the danger. freepers
recognize the danger and potential loss of our freedoms. “let’s roll”

I hope they don’t force the local cops, who I like, to try to enforce this

yeah, that is the issue, isn't it? This won't be like the movie "Red Dawn" with the bad guys dropping in from the sky, speaking different languages and wearing foreign uniforms.

I don't believe that this will come to anything now - the Dems will avoid the "3rd rail" - but the part that I read in the UN brief was the registration.

Registration is something that the left has been hot for and we know what comes next.

So IMO when this attack on our freedom comes, it won't be blue helmeted tools in white tanks, it will be administrative assistants, new paper work to file when you purchase - because the seller is compelled - IRS agents, etc.

So the questions become: are we ready to actively subvert laws and then use force to defend ourselves when caught?

I figured as much, (and for our Military too, I hope), but it is nice to have confirmation from you.

Have been handing out Richard Mack’s booklets to local and county Law Enforcement for years, and always make sure that the new Sheriff gets one right after the election.

I didn't aim for the bull's-eye since I'd just be wasting rounds on a helmet, so I aimed at the 6 o'clock position of the 9 ring.

Looks like I hit the helmet a few times anyway.

Did I pass?

Our gun rights, our freedom of speech, our freedom of religion, and all of our other individual rights cannot be given up either by us or on our behalf by a petty tyrant. We are endowed by our Creator with those unalienable Rights, and there is no higher power that can remove what God has given, not even the power in our White House. Perhaps, in some terrible future (perhaps even the near future), those rights will be revoked as legal rights in what used to be our country, but they will still be God-given human rights, and they will still be our moral and natural rights. When that happens, or perhaps given the attacks on Catholic employers and other employers with a moral conscience I should say now that it is happening, the government ceases to be legitimate.

Since governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, specifically to secure these rights that are given to us by God, any government that reverses that purpose and attempts to revoke our basic human rights falls under the argument presented in the Declaration of Independence. It is not only the right of the people to abolish such a government, it is our responsibility both to God and to future generations. I hope that the far left will back off before it crosses that final line and sends this country into another civil war. We fought WW2 to protect future generations against national socialism. We fought the Cold War to protect future generations against soviet socialism. If necessary, we will fight again to protect future generations against the latest evil variant of socialism. It's not how the tyranny is packaged that matters, it's the fact that socialism requires tyranny to force compliance with its rejection of basic human nature. So long as we have the means to resist, we will not accept tyranny. The Second Amendment gives us the physical power to resist any design to place us under absolute despotism, so a government attempt to take away that God-given human right is one of the points at which government overreach crosses the line and becomes a justification for war.

Sorry about the double post. Boy the internet sure is acting weird today. I’m getting duplicate emails too.

I figure Butch Napolitano’s snoops are pressing the wrong buttons after they read them, or maybe need a new mouse.

There can be a lower power that tries..
I think this could turn into another type of Holy War/Crusades before it’s over. If it starts, the rest of the world will jump on board to take us over. I believe they are sitting in the wings now just waiting for the call, maybe.

Conservatives still think of the US as “their country” while many in government, on either side of the political aisle, think of it as “their country” while forgetting who it was that put them in Congress in the first place.
