they got this authority the day we stopped breaking down their doors, dumping 5 gallons of tar and 10 pounds of feathers on the dumbass judges that make these stupid rulings...

What is the name of the "Honorable" Judge ? A ruling that STUPID should be made public to shame the Judge. I will put his name and ruling on the positively stupid page on dumbdumbersumbest.com.
