As a blog on Daily Kos notes, the Right is once again Swift Boating the truth ... The problem for the Right is as usual, not one shard of credible evidence to back up their slander and innuendo. ... Mr. Warner should stick to being hired to bust out those Rich Republicans retired in Florida who are engaged in coveting thy neighbors wife or maybe considering their guilty homophobia all those Righties out there really secretly covet they neighbors husband. His story about Holmes OWS involvement is just Right Wing wishful thinking and belongs right up there with that Texas sized moron Rep. Louie Gomert (R-TX) and his stupid statement didn't someone have a concealed weapon they could have shot him with.

worst mass murderer, Ms Sawyer? i think that belongs to
a school janitor in Minn. or close by ——cut all his trees down and blew up the school
Paypal?
Probably Mom and Dads card. That is probably why she said "You got the right person". The bill came to them.
So why did Holmes’ grades go down last spring, causing him to drop out of graduate school? What was he doing?
Would it occur to any of these media elite to think before they speak?
There are a few on the right that seem to seek to make us as bad as the left when it comes to conspiracy theories and rampant speculation.
Most conservatives wait for evidence before they make accusations, are are quite open to reason.
But there’s always a vocal minority who think making claims without evidence is a winning strategy.
Student loans most likely.
Deferred payback and 1/3th the interest rate of consumer credit cards
I can see that. In fact I fully expect this guy was a 'failure to launch' momma's boy.
If you are correct and these suspicious purchases were made some time ago, the parents are complicit IMO.
Is your opinion that the evidence I have have posted at RadioFreeNJ could not possible have any probity with any person whatsoever? Or are you saying that conservatives should wait for all the evidence to be in before promoting a legitimate inference, while the other side poisons other's perception of you?
Your post has Occupy San Diego
Posters have said that they are not San Diego police uniforms
I read a report a few minutes ago that there was a sticker from a charitable organization that deals with issues such as addiction and suicide. I have no doubt that if there was a Romney sticker it would have been mentioned. However, of course, we must consider that the whole story may have been bogus as there is so much BS flying around about this.
“Im reading he purchased ammo on the internet. Id think hed have to have a credit card for that.”
It can be done with a money order too, I’ve done it.
Dude, dig deeper. That is not my pic.
Many photos of Denver Occupukes on this site, I think the author has two articles with photos about the Occupukes. He lives in Denver. Maybe he could be contacted.

Thanks. So much to keep up with.
I’m saying that a few conservatives who are very vocal push as fact things that have no evidence, and that harms the conservative movement.
There are some on our side who are as quick as many on the left to jump to conclusions because we think it helps the cause, when it doesn’t.
I have no idea what evidence you have posted at “RadioFreeNJ”. I read Free Republic, and if you posted evidence here at Free Republic, I probably saw what you wrote, because I tend to read every article. If you posted YouTube videos and links to blogs somewhere else, I probably didn’t read or view it.
Frankly, even if the guy WAS an OWS attendee, it wouldn’t matter, because the “guilt by association” argument is a falacious one used to smear people for no good reason. OWS has little control over who attends their events, any more than the Tea Party pre-vets every person who signs up for their activities.
OWS is a rediculous movement, but it isn’t calling for people to put on body armor and walk into crowded theaters and shoot up the audience. We weaken our society when we adopt the absurd leftist arguments that groups should be denounced for the random violence of people they attract.
I guess I’m sensitive about this, having spent 3 decades of having MY organizations attacked relentlessly because of the violent actions of a few. I know some argue “fight fire with fire”, but that just leaves the village burned to the ground. I’m not into mutually assured destruction.
The result of the stupid “Holmes was OWS” is that the media now is full of articles denouncing “the right” for the false accusation, giving complete cover for the left’s blatant false charges that the tea party was involved. So instead of the tea party getting credit for being falsely attacked, it gets attacked for making false charges.
I don’t see how any conservative can argue that this is a GOOD outcome.
This is either Holmes or it isn’t.
Yep you are 100% correct, it is or it isn’t.
But my guess is www.freedumbnation.com [the site where you copped the photo] or someone else is doing a little photo doctoring.
It isn't. And I guess it isn't San Diego either.
There are people who immediately go into attack mode whenever something like this happens and there are people who wait to see what facts turn up.
Somebody on the left is going to try to tie any nutjob to the Tea Party or some militia. Somebody on the right is always going to try to tie any wacko to OWS or the Communists.
Then there are people like the guy who wrote this article who want to say, "Look at what the right is trying to do" or "Look at what the left is trying to do" and try to score cheap political points that way, ignoring that people on their own side are trying to do the exact same thing.
It's not a right and left thing. It's more of a smart and stupid or at least a patient and impatient thing. Somebody is always going to turn an atrocity like this to political advantage before the facts are known. If you have a choice, try not to be one of those people.
I think that the picture of the guy holding the OWS banner at the protest in the snow definitely looks like James E. Holmes, unless it’s a photo shopped picture, the rest are inconclusive.
