Daily Pen is not claiming to have found what is in the BNA record as a name and mother for the 1961 Kenyan birth, but there may be other copies of the archive or other may have accessed and copied the record before access was denied to the public.
Daily Pen says that the 1961 Kenyan male birth was found very recently in May 2012:
