Please just do the adult thing and change the channel. It’ll drive you nuts like the obsessive-compulsive anti-freeper crowd unless you follow the simple three step program below, guaranteed to break the FR addiction:

1) Log off.

2) Remove your FR cookies, your FR bookmarks, and do not click on any of the millions of google links back to FR no matter how alluring.

3) And don’t look back.
