One thing I didn't like about Yahoo search is that companies had to PAY to be included in their search engine. Talk about a limited universe! At least with Google, everything on the Internet was included in their search. (of course companies paid Google to get a high ranking!)

That is slightly misleading. Google actually searches less than 5% of the global internet, and is updated about every 10 days (unless you manually force the re-index by using the tricks and tools of the trade).

How do you manually force a re-indexing? :)
