I'll contradict myself a bit.. Problem is, there has ALWAYS been a reason not to impeach 0bama. To declare him ineligible to run prior to the LAST election it would've been viewed as a racist assault on a black man. Shortly after taking office it would have been viewed an attempt to get the black man who was just elected out of office because he's black. Midway through his term would've been the optimum time to impeach but still there would've been 'cries of racism'. Now, we're back to the same old dilemma, 'trying to get the black man from having his second term even though the TRUTH and the FACT is he's got numerous impeachable offenses to his credit; A war in Libya not authorized by Congress, his illegal recess appointments while Congress not in recess, his unilateral overturning of federal immigration law via amnesty for illegal aliens, and son on..

So you see, a purist or constructionist would abide by the Constitution and pay no regard to 'timing'. ANY time is the right time and done to uphold the law. I hold each and every so-called 'Republican' member of Congress COMPLICIT in the illegal acts committed by our President. Now, add SCOTUS to the list. Roberts' 'switch' was done under threat and coercion. When the SCOTUS rules as a result of a direct threat, we're done. It's over. A 'Republic' we're not. Democrats, they're not. Let's speak truth here. Obama has transformed America into a Dictatorship where one tyrant CHANGES our laws without impunity, and without the checks and balances enacted into law by our Forefathers.. All references to 'Democrat' should be immediately replaced with 'Socialist' or 'Fascist'. Let's stop the false labels, narratives and not play along with the enemies lies.
