About the only person walking around with the legal knowledge and judicial expertise to interpret this mess is Robert Bork.

He is an “originalist”, so understands the constitution, as well as a judicial scholar, so has a vast mental library of judicial precedent. He *should* have been a SCOTUS justice, but by not being one, he is free to say what he really thinks.

Well, it’s crappy for sure. Now, I’m tired of being mad at the world, and wasting my energy on anger at Roberts, Obama,Pelosi, Reid,and the rest. I’m now ready to GO VOTE in November. - Every month that passes, I count that new month off since it passes quickly anyway. So, on July 1, I count it as only having three more months of Obama’s guff and Michelle’s contemptuous attitudes (well, technically he will have until January to romp and stomp I hope) but, maybe he’s on his way OUT!

I don't know what Kagan's capabilities are but my spidey sense tells me she is directly linked to Roberts turnabout.. Either by switching his epilepsy medication with something that makes him easy to control, or she used mind control of some sort (parapsychology), hypnosis.. She is a foot soldier for Obama and I wouldn't put ANYTHING past her.

Her confirmation hearings were a complete SHAM. She LIED about her true views, dodged questions and didn't stand in defense of our Constitution like you would expect a candidate for the SCOTUS to. Her college thesis (it's on the Internet in pdf format) was about Socialism in New York in the early 30's and she attributed her work in part to her "radical" brother. How did this WITCH get confirmed? Was Congress too afraid to criticize a lebian? Seems Obama selected her, knowing no one would have the GUTS to really break down her views.. HOW, HOW, HOW????? WE'RE PAYING FOR IT ALREADY!
