Thought it was 51 to repeal.
So, if this is true, they’ll need to vote it in again with the house, senate 51 and a POTUS signature?
This bill was passed by reconciliation...it can be repealed by reconciliation.
The ACA DOES NOT HAVE A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE…
If one part is nixed, the whole must be also???
