Does our country recognize free speech or mob rule?

There are so many laws and regulations that exist, but only finite resources are available to enforce those laws. So selective enforcement allows rule by personal whim or ideology - similar to what we see in Arizona.

Free speech is the law of the land, but there are not enough police to enforce the law so mob rule is the practice. In Arizona, the feds say that there are not enough resources to enforce immigration laws, so illegal immigration is now the ruling practice.

When tax dollars go to art, environment, science, welfare, defense, roads, etc, etc, etc, only a small portion is available to enforce thousands and thousands of laws, regulations, codes, executive orders, etc. It inevitably leads to a breakdown and selective enforcement of laws, which is what we are seeing played out in real time. The selective enforcement is increasingly being used in a partisan or punitive manner.

The use of enforcement as a strategy to punish certain groups is increasing under the Obama administration and by extension, those embolden by his example to also do so as we saw here.

The police clearly had plenty of resource as when they decided to move the 6-8 Christian men out and allow the mob to have its way, magically 14 officers appeared where they could not afford even 2 to protect these men before.

Sooner or later, the law abiding, patriotic and loyal American citizenms will have enough of this, and though oit would be ugly, they will set it aright. When that time comes, the armed forces and guuard units will have to make decisions whether to be loyal to an individual, or to the constitution which is the foundation upon which the liberty, peace and prosperity of the people rest.

I believe the majority in such a time, will choose to honor their oaths to the constitution.

I pray it does not come to that, and here in November we have an opportunity to help avoid it.
