You are correct that, until she actually follows through on her promise, it isn’t a “fact” — but unlike you apparently, I think Sarah Palin tells the truth and will do what she said she would do.
I find that when Sarah Palin says she WILL do something, you can pretty much count on it happening.
Still, you are literally correct — but it is funny you calling ME out for that in a thread where my entire point was that the person I was responding to was claiming as fact something that was in the future.
