Any body want to take bets on how the SCOTUS would rule?? I am willing to bet that they would say if you are born here you are natural.

Actually they already have. Two cases somewhat split the opinion on this but the first one clearly establishes that both parents must be citizens. Read Minor vs Happersett. This pretty much settled this issue way back in 1875. Natural Born Citizens are children born to two citizen parents.

Neither Obama or Marco Rubio are Natural Born Citizens. Neither are eligible to be President of the United States.
