We constructed railroads and highways, the Hoover Dam and the Golden Gate Bridge. We did those things together," he said, in a passage that was presumably meant to be inspirational but was delivered with the faintly petulant air of a great man resentful at having to point out the obvious, yet again.

We used to have three branches of government. We have drifted to only one, and the perpetrator deems himself untouchable. Somewhere along the way, someone decided that "Executive Orders" trumps Congress, and can nullify legislative actions, those pesky constitutional laws.
And Congress (both branches) seem to allow it. No Problem. No instant appeal to the Supreme court. Is this what was meant by WTF (win the future?)

The First Criminal can choose which laws he executes and which he ignores.

Lost in all the rhetoric is the obvious demonstrable crime of violating his oath of office.* Is it still perjury if he made his oath on the koran?

All those clueless congresspeople had better figure that out soon, before the faggots and pitchforks come into play.

* "I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and I will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Emphasis mine.
I doubt that claiming genetically impaired ability will be accepted as a legal excuse.

I remember him having to take the oath twice.

Is that correct?

I seem to remember that he apparently made some sort of mistake or omission taking the oath publicly the first time, and had to repeat it a second time—privately.

Is my memory mistaken?
