No one really knows where and when she graduated. She might have been a high school drop out, who headed off to Chicago to become an au pair...the 'graduation' image is possibly a fake, there's no other student recognizable on the page...so how would one know if that's from Mercer Island or not?

But there are no lack of images of girls with sweaters and pearls in the U of WA YEARBOOK, and a careful read of the names shows one of SAD's 'friends' attended the U of WA 1961-1962, although she has never been interviewed.
