He should have had the Hungarians, Rumanians and Italians contain the trapped Soviet armies in the Ukraine and continued the drive on Moscow with the Wermacht, which was at the pinnacle of its success.
Yes, all the lend lease trucks mechanized the Soviet armored divisions staring in 1942. The Soviet mechanization would not have made up for German operational excellence except for Hitler’s repeated meddling in the East.
