The theory that he was only there at the residence of his father’s girlfriend once, as the result of a suspension from school just doesn’t wash anyway, makes me wonder of the defence will ask the girlfriend just how many times he visited.
Of if she would tell the truth.
From what I’ve read (and it’s all a blur at this point), he had visited his father there before. And those videos from the convencience store and his interactions with those three make it appear that he know people there.
I doubt if the girl would tell the truth unless somehow funneled into it.
