I don’t think the dispatcher ever told him to remain in his vehicle. When he was told he didn’t need to follow him, Zimmerman was already out of the vehicle. At that point he said “OK” and was headed back to his vehicle.
What you stated was my understanding also. I have not even taken the time to write a sophisticated article on the matter. The writer of this article is another person in the government salaried PC machine who tries to show an "independent" opinion, but has to throw a few twisted words in to let her masters know she is still bowing down to them instead of the WHOLE truth.
