Sebelius is a particularly obnoxious and disagreeable person. She’s been deteriorating ~ which probably explains why her mother and father didn’t have her institutionalized at the time.
There is something particularly malevolent about Sebelius, even more than the par for the Obama Administration. Before becoming Secretary of HHS she was governor of Kansas and a supporter of the late-term-abortion doctor George Till (later killed).
