ok, so not on American soil. of course, it becomes a grey area if there was no location on US soil to be born (well, without proper facilities that is). and since the US govt asked both parents to be stationed there... tough call on whether or not to allow for the technicality. grey area.
but both parents were US citizens at the time.
0bama is different. potentially being born on US soil... BUT... only ONE citizen parent. not much room for a grey area.
if he is allowed... you might as well let arnold or miley cyrus on the ticket.
