Trucking and transportation logistics firm J.B. Hunt (JBHT) delivered first-quarter earnings of 57 cents, up 43% vs. a year earlier, as load volume increased.

B.S., huh? - it may be up slightly compared to the last year - but that’s up slight;y from a great drop - not nearly what it needs to be.

but then, I don’t get my information from a printed article - I get it from my son, a long hauler for one the of the big guys - five years now. And from other trucker acquaintences.

But what do they know.

Also, the number of truckers is down by the tens of thousands - no problem these days finding parking for down time in the truck stops. Plenty of empty spaces now -
