If he can't prove his LEGAL parents citizenship at the time of his birth he is not an NBC. His mother was not of legal age to convey citizenship to him. So, at best he is a native citizen if he can prove he was born in the U.S. At worst he is a bastard illegal alien.

If someone doubted my citizenship it could be verified in 24 hours.

1. Fax hospital BC to anyone that wants it. Cost 10 cents.
2. Fax a copy of my official State BC to Anyone that wants it. Cost 10 cents. I have both in my possession 5 feet from my fax machine.
3. Send a notarized letter to Texas Department of Health Records that gives permission to give a certified copy of my birth certificate to anyone that asks for a copy. Cost of a stamp to mail or Fedex for overnight delivery.

For less than 1 dollar I can prove my citizenship.
If I use Fedex the total cost would be about 20 dollars.

This is not rocket science. If he is not hiding something, why has he spent 100s of thousands of dollars fighting this.If Obama is short the 20 dollars I will lend it to him.
