Generators are still, to this day, isolated, “bolted” in phase (and I mean with hardware bolts), or phase-controlled by humans.

Or if you have a way around that, you might wish to sell it to the US...

For a few billion dollars.

All new inverter equipment is phase locked. How do you think solar panels are feeding the grid?

Honda specifically markets their inverter 2KW genset to be stackable.

It's not your grandfather's genset.

Google it.
