My orthopaedic surgeon informed me last week that one of the provisions in Obamacare is that if your BMI (body mass index) is too high, Medicare will not allow you to have surgery. It’s in the Bill that nobody read.
Too bad a lot of Obama’s supporters don’t know that. A lot of them would be affected.
I wonder if that applies to overweight people like Donald Driver, Ryan Braun and Aaron Rodgers or just obese people like Clay Matthews.
BMI is a poor measurement tool.
