Not yet; he needs more widespread rioting, looting and killing to justify that. The Martin-Zimmerman incident, OWS-Spring Awakening and many more-to-come, are only the beginning.
The “Archduke Ferdinand Moment” - the “trigger” event - hasn’t arrived yet. We’ll know “it” when it gets here.

Is this when Obama brings in marshal law? I don't know who Marshal is or what his law would look like, but I think most 'round here fear martial law.
But if Marshal's the bad guy, I'll your word for it - never met him myself.
