Probably a “brilliant” strategy on the part of the prosecution. They can't prove second degree murder, and no remotely rational jury (admittedly, it might be hard to impanel one...) can find Zimmerman guilty so he's acquitted and the state of Florida claim that they did everything legally possible to get “justice” for Trayvon Martin.

Of course, that won't stop Zimmerman from being ruined, or certain elements from deciding they want new TVs and free beer.

Which is odd since htey actually take an oath NOT to brign a case to court UNLESS they have enough evidnece to get a conviction for secodn degree- So apparently a sworn oath means NOTHING these days- they broke their freakin oath i nthis caswe- does that mean nothign these days? Does it mean nothign that they broke their oath not only to God, but to the court and to the citizens of htis country?

ruined? the black comunity will NOT be satisfied until someone kills him- Hell, they’ve even blatantly called for him to be killed- they’ve made hteir intentions quite clear- and htey’ve made VERY public death threats agaisnt george- but apparently, it’s ok to break the law if tyou’re black, buit it’s not ok to defend yourself agaisnt a black person who is bvreasking hte law? Yay justice!

The prosecutor already won, she is personally opposed to stand your ground. She wants it repealed and her arrest opens the door.

I hope they go after her for violating the laws immunity provisions.
