I used that link to send a complaint quite awhile ago, about the NBP threats and bounty, since they were uttered in Florida, and asked why it wasn't being addressed, and in fact, not a peep from any law enforcement agency, state or federal.

All I got in response, was signed up to Bondi's email newsletter. So, don't expect much.
