What happens when it's not a joke any more?
Will it get ignored because people think 'it's a joke'?

So, to summarize: No childish jokes. However, the joke can't be about anything that could be serious. Also, any thing that has the potential to stop being a joke (such as when the apes take over and that REALLY is how licenses will look) can not be joked about. Not sure what that leaves, but those are your marching orders.
