Just a plea for unity.
I think too early. SO long as Romney doesn’t have the nomination wrapped up, nobody really wants to consider the next phase. Newt is still theoretically in the race.
And I’d never expect people here to be happy about that outcome, if Gingrich doesn’t win. I think the best to hope for is that blatant falsehoods are not perpetuated, and that truth is always welcomed, even if it is undesirable.
If Romney is our nominee, that will be the time to discuss what he has promised, what he needs to be held accountable for, and I guess for some to argue that the country can’t survive Obama.
As I’ve never told anybody else how to vote, even when I have advocated for a particular candidate, I don’t expect that to change for me. I’ll be happy to explain why I’m voting a particular way (to whatever extent we will be allowed to do so if we are voting for the “wrong” person), and to argue that sitting out the election is a bad choice, but I’m not going to attack people who personally choose not to cast a vote for a candidate they do not support.
“Just a plea for unity”
Funny, I don`t remember that plea from the estabs when Romney was spreading his toxic waste lies all over the landscape vs. the conservative contenders.
Bttt. You’re good people and I thank you for your hard work and dedication in the real world to spread the conservative and pro-life agenda. You definitely walk your talk.
Reading these posts reminds me of an old Daughtry song - “open up the Book you beat me with again”. Sheesh.
