The Duke lacrosse case happened in 2006. Obama wasn’t President then.
Actually, he made a serious mistake using the words “Duke Lacross”. I can tell by the rest of what he says that he was talking about this case.

It was July of 2009.
I caught it right away because when Obama chimed in on the Zimmerman case, I said, “There he goes again, proving his incompetence.” And looked it up and even started a thread on it at a liberal site.
