When the RATs unleash thier “Culture of Anger” this Summer they are going to expect police and military protection for “their people”. Somehow I get the feeling they won't get it. Where things go from there is antibody’s guess.

That is just it...I don't think you can really make plans based on this sort of thing. Sure, you can look at historical information and have a general idea how you can manipulate the populace because they do seem to fall for the same tricks over and over.

That said, one event can change the course of history. One unforeseen, unplanned event.
