What about failing to register for the selective service?
it may be a law ... but it’s not a Constitutional requirement to assuming the office.
FOUR simple requirements... and we can’t get our ‘leaders’ to manage it
they have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution. if they don’t adhere to Article 2 Section 1... they are negligent in their duties.
DEMAND they fulfill their oath
