Dehydrated tomatoes? In the biz, we call that sun-dried tomatoes (and they may actually be, I make some), and charge extra for them. Google recipes for sun dried tomatoes. Zillions of 'em.
Polenta with sun dried tomato sauce makes a lot more money than grits with dried tomato sauce. But you use the same ingredients.
