When our president, a, ahem, constitutional scholar, berated the court for having the audacity to consider overturning an unconstitutional law, he implied justices should think twice before doing such an unprecedented thing.
Of course, Barack Obama was revealing himself to be anything but a constitutional scholar.
A mere appellate court judge got so miffed he ordered the Obama Administration to submit a three-page, single-spaced paper today explaining how judicial review is something the court has the authority to do. So, Eric Holder, who currently holds the position of Attorney General in the admnistration, submitted the letter.
Heres what Holder had to say: The power of the courts to review the constitutionality of legislation is beyond dispute. . . .

“ordered the Obama Administration to submit a three-page, single-spaced paper”
That was at least three pages, I believe. Which I think was nothing but a dog and pony show, though it is funny. The only problem I have is that the judge is free to specify format—if he wants it single-spaced, let him have it—but I don’t understand why he gets to dictate a minimum length. He’s not their law professor; if the administration can explain itself in less than three pages, so much the better. Lord knows too many words have been wasted on the law.
High-five over beers and tacos, bro!
I'm not going to anyone's blog, certainly not as a result of a link to somewhere I've never heard of.
I've seen enough blogs to know they're worthless 99% of the time. I'm sure many others feel the same.
It is not a personal blog. It is from the OC Register..
You know, you really need to give this a rest. Your obssession over blogs wrecks the flow of countless threads.
As hard as it might be for you to get this, you need to understand it simply doesn't matter.
And you also need to understand that Free Republic itself was sued for exactly the same thing you screech about bloggers - the various news sources called FR a blog that was stealing their information.
AND - what did FR do about it? Made click-throughs with partial articles.
SO what do you screech about? Bloggers with click-throughs from partial articles.
It's a fricking click, from one free website through another free website to another free website (and donations aren't the point here, because they aren't mandatory).
Besides, who are you to say that someone writing as a blogger doesn't have just as valid information or opinions as the MSM news sources you're so fervent about discriminating on behalf of? Most of FR's comments are precisely baut the shoddy or dishonest reporting of the MSM!
So DROP IT already, and find another hobby.
Really? Let's have us a look at the history:

Sure looks like a whole mess of self-promotion to me.
How about you?
No comments, just excerpting his own stuff. How much have you donated to FR over the years?
Do you LIKE the fact that this dog turd is advertising himself on YOUR dime?
The day I need you to tell me what I need to understand
will be the day I start a blog and wear a banana hat.
Now you go on and promote homeless retards on library computers.
I know they appreciate it.. and you.
Bet you have awesome stories about that.
Thank you, Talisker.
I did enjoy it.
I didn't see this stinking blogpimp on the list, with EITHER of his user names.
How about them apples?
I hope the judge make's the steaming pile of Eric write the whole thing over again.
And how do you know that he hasn't contributed to FR?
For that matter......How do we know that you have?
Spammer landsbaum banned for using multiple accounts.
Thanks.
Apparently it's evident to everyone except you.
Would you like some help in researching that?
What methods have you tried so far that have obviously failed?
You talking about ME?
El Taquito? East Grand, in Dallas?
It’s a ways from Humble, but the hot sauce is awesome!
Well, I guess that settles that. :-)
