It’s an OKI C3200.

I’ve downloaded the drivers from Okidata and Windows 7 flat won’t accept it.

The only drivers I could find at Okidata were for the C3200n. Microsoft claims that Windows 7 has built in support for the C3200. You should be able to just connect it and have it work. If it doesn't just work, then here is a link to instructions to install it manually.
