“...Where did Malcolm find the time to get a rather dumpy and unprepossessing White high school girl on the other side of the country pregnant with his boy child?”
You’re wasting your time asking me, I can’t see any evidence that she was the mother. As for MX, here are some clues to his movements at the time:

This weeks CSEAS lecture: Laura Iandola on Malcolm X and Sukarnos Indonesia
History graduate student Laura Iandola will present Malcolm X, Sukarnos Indonesia, and the Politics of Bandung at this weeks center lecture from noon to 12:50 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, in Room 110 in the Campus Life Building. Sukarno, Indonesias first president, and Malcolm X, the African-American Muslim leader, met in New York in 1956. Their close connection continued until 1965, when Malcolm X was assassinated by three members of the Nation of Islam two weeks before he was slated to speak at the Asian-African Islamic Conference in Jakarta. Iandola explores their little-known relationship to illuminate their ideological affinities as well as the Cold War politics of the Third World at the time. Bring your lunch and feed your mind.

Two of Malcolm Xs daughters are unhappy that a new biography alleges their parents marriage was strained and that their mother and possibly their father were unfaithful.
And yet, people have commented on a resemblance between Barack II and grandpa he-Stanley. It's closer than any resemblance to Barack Sr. or Malcolm or Frank Marshall Davis. It's possible he-Stanley and Malcolm X got together, I suppose, but not that they could have conceived a child.
