Those are two articles of clothing that aren’t usually worn in warm weather or indoors by those with innocent intentions...

I was in Orlando last Monday - it was warm. No one was wearing a jacket of any kind. The advantage of a 'hoodie' is when stealing from places like 7/11 etc. the cameras don't get a good picture of the perp's face... not saying that's why black youths wear hoodies when it's 80 degrees outside...
