Not that using a bluetooth is a bad thing (before someone jumps on me)...but since he was not a familiar face and probably appeared to be talking to himself he may have drawn more attention to himself.
In any case, it is a tragedy for all concerned and I am going to wait on whatever facts the powers that be decide to let us know. In the mean time, I am appalled at the media frenzy.

Thanks. It is only speculation, of course, but I think it's important to illustrate that it is entirely possible to appear suspicious even while engaged in perfectly lawful, innocent behavior. So many people on these threads - both for and against Zimmerman - seem to be under the impression that it could only be legitimate for him to view Martin's behavior as "suspicious" if Martin was up to no good. But that is not true at all.
