The claim is the "stand your ground' law allows you to use lethal force in self-defense, and to not be prosecuted for the killing.
AT The same time the same law creates some standards to be met first. YOU can easily lose your right to claim that law as a defense against prosecution ~ e.g. by using lethal force when there is no evidence that you feared for your life.
I was referring to your earlier post re Zimmerman set the whole thing in motion, and ultimately Martin is dead. Sorry if that isn’t exact. I’m paraphrasing.
All I’m asking is that you acknowledge that just because Zimmerman chose to leave his vehicle he isn;t necessarily responsible for Martin’s death. Lots of things can happen between point A and point B that change the equation.
