Of the three GOP candidates remaining opposing Mitt Romney . Only one man had the courage to take on a what they call a third rail issue...Eugenics... He’s been pummeled from both sides called , a women hater ,, a religious nut, ..a one trick pony, Santorum spends an hour discussing oil and the economy then 10 seconds comenting about pornography but guess what MSM and Santorum detractors will talk about... certainly not ,what’s really in the 1.76 trillion dolllar wonder called Obamacare ,,...!; Population control.... and all that goes with it. Including cost, 1.76 trillion.
To pay off a trillion dollars at $1.00 a second would take 31,668 years. At 1 billion dollars a second only 998.99 years*.. Not including interest.There is no way to “fix” Obamacare.. This is a Christmas gift that must be returned by someone determined to do so not just exchanged .* A billion seconds=31.7 years+

At first glance it’s pretty clear that paying something off at 1 billion times the rate means it takes 1/1000000000 the time. So 31668 years / 1 billion is quite obviously not 998 years. The writer must be a dolt to expect to be taken seriously.
For those who want simple math:
$1000000000000 being paid off at $1000000000/ second takes 1000 seconds. This translates to 41 days.
Of course there’s not enough GDP on the planet to pay anything off at $1B/second. That comes to $31.5 quadrillion a year. World GDP comes in at $63.12 Trillion.
If we use that number, the whole world puts out about $2001 per second.
This amounts to 1/500000 of a $billion/sec.
I wouldn’t even equate Bill Clinton with Obama.

Just like his comment about not caring about unemployment. I knew exactly what he meant. Without freedom, economy and jobs don’t mean squat. The tightening stranglehold on our freedoms is costing jobs more than anything.
Exactly. And I realize he also was casting aspersions on Obama needing a “rate” such as unemployment to go down to get re-elected, whereas Santorum’s vision and leadership is not dependent on where unemployment is in late october. It’s about timeless truths like the Constitution.
People need to accept the simple fact that some of our top republicans are democrats. John McCain provides a great clue as to what would happen under a Romney administration in crying that we need to get off the contraception mandate.

These people have no intent of upsetting their “friends” on the other side of the aisle and have no intent on pushing back. The best we can ever hope for with clowns like Romney is a slowing of the slide into socialism and even that is speeding up.
