In spite of having to vote in the Senate, his ACU rating is as good, or in his last year, better than Gingrich’s. Newt's ACU rating when he left office was 100...I was unaware that there was a higher rating?

Odd, the numbers I saw were 91 and 90. I will have to recheck that.
